Job Title: Senior Technical Sourcer

Location: Remote (PST/MST); preference for Oregon, Arizona, or Colorado residents.

Contract Length: 6+ months (W2 contract with likely extension)

Pay Rate: $43/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Design and execute sourcing strategies for high-impact hardware and software engineering positions.

• Build proactive talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.

• Uncover and re-engage qualified candidates from existing databases.

• Develop talent maps, target lists, and market intelligence for key talent segments.

• Deliver personalized candidate outreach and perform initial screening.

• Ensure accurate documentation and candidate tracking.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years technical sourcing experience for difficult engineering hires

• Semiconductor industry recruiting or sourcing background

• Expert user of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search

• SmartRecruiters proficiency

• Strong talent mapping, market research, and data documentation skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SeekOut or comparable sourcing platforms

• International sourcing experience

• Bachelor’s degree
